I don't know why you guys are even delving into polls anymore. A sample size of 600 feels too small for many to take them seriously. Also, polls are nothing more than transient snapshots taken in a specific time, and recent years should be a hint that the golden age of polling is over. As a recent example, the 2022 midterm polls were anticipating an enormous red wave all over America,. Instead, it turned out to just be a tiny red puddle. Trends provide more accurate information than polls do. Polls aren't voters, people are voters. I say we just wait until the Election Day results come in, then we'll get polls that actually have substance to them.

ALL hospital staff are required to have HIPAA training, everyone from janitors to doctors. This charge nurse would be very well trained on this. Apparently from doing further research from listening/reading about this case the explosive that was used to murder Carol Ryan was possibly an M-80 which is illegal in the State of New York and mainly was used by the military. Which means the murder had access to illegal firearms which should be considered an FBI case and possibly NCIS and CID could also investigate this crime if the weaponry was acquired from military personnel/facility to commit this murder/crime or if it was illegally brought into the USA/State of New York then it also becomes a Federal Investigation and crime so not just murder is involved but this murder could be prosecuted in Federal Court maybe even sent to a Federal Prison where the prisoner will never see the light of day!
